Swap your managed property to Marina & Hampshire Life Homes and we will charge a management fee equivalent to your current management fee minus 20%, saving most landlords hundreds of pounds a year.

To qualify for this incentive you need to be a new Landlord to Marina Life Homes, register your interest with us prior to the 29th March 2024 and swap the tenancy to Marina Life Homes by 31st July 2024.
